Shared Student Apartments in Cádiz

Staying in a student apartment in Cádiz means a guaranteed good time as you will be sharing with other Spanish language students from different parts of the globe, creating a great atmoshphere for studying. Not all apartments are the same, they may differ in size and characteristcs. However, we can assure you they are all highly comfortable, clean and fully furnished.

Each student apartament in Cádiz contains a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, refrigerator, pans, cutlery etc., as meals are not included. The majority of our Cádiz apartments are situated in or around the center of Cádiz, so a local food market or shopping area is never far away. Similarly, your Enforex school should not be more than a short walk or bus ride away.

Price includes: Access to fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, shared bathroom, shared TV, central heating and gas costs. Cleaning service is not included.

Supplements: Private bathroom: 75 € per week. Bed linen: 15€ for the duration of the stay. Extra day (max. 3 days): 45€ per day.

Note: It is necessary to give a deposit upon arrival (150€ payable in cash or with credit card authorisation). The deposit shall be returned to the student at the end of the stay provided there are no damages in the apartment.

The accommodation is available between 12:00 noon on the Sunday prior to the first day of the course (Monday), until 12:00 noon on the Saturday following the last day of class (Friday). Those students who, for any reason (i.e. flight arrival) need their accommodation to be available before or after the above mentioned dates will be charged for any extra days needed. The cost of an entire week will be charged to those students requiring 4 or more additional days of accommodation. Enforex does not guarantee the availability of extra days of accommodations due to possible unavailability.

NOTE: The students should contact our central office in order to be informed about the place and the time to pick up the keys of their rooms. The students must respect all rules and regulations set by families, residences and shared flat administrations. If there is damage to the premises, the student must pay the corresponding amount.
